About Patriot Bank
Patriot Bank is a full-service bank with a focus on community service. The bank serves the growing markets of Memphis, Shelby County, Tipton County and Fayette County with a wide range of consumer and commercial accounts and a mortgage division. Patriot Bank opened in Millington in October 2001 and has grown to eight full-service banks in Arlington, Collierville, Millington, Raleigh Springs (Memphis), and Rosemark in Shelby County, and Covington, Covington South and South Tipton in Tipton County. Patriot Bank Mortgage serves Memphis and Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties, with offices located in Arlington, Millington, Collierville, Covington (South), Raleigh Springs (Memphis) and Atoka (South Tipton).
Our History
Patriot Bank opened in Millington in October 2001, operating a full-service bank and a mortgage division in two temporary locations. Both the bank and mortgage division moved into the new headquarters building at 8376 Highway 51 North in Millington in April 2003. Also in 2003, Patriot Bank established a presence in the Collierville market, first with the acquisition of BancPlus Mortgage in April, followed by the opening of the second full-service Patriot Bank location in August 2003. In 2004, Patriot Bank moved into the Tipton County market with a Patriot Bank Mortgage loan office in Atoka in February and the third full-service banking location in Covington in May. The bank maintained steady growth, topping the $100 million mark in assets at the end of 2004, and adding services and staff needed to serve an expanding customer base. In 2005, the Millington mortgage division moved into new office space at 8370 Highway 51 North, next door to the bank’s Millington headquarters building. Also in 2005, the Loan Operations Department moved to the Covington Square location, consolidating Loan Operations, Loan Review and Compliance in the same location. In May 2006, Patriot Bank acquired the banking operation in Barretville, making it the bank’s fourth full-service location. Growth continued with the opening of Patriot Bank’s fifth location in South Tipton County in July 2007 and the opening of the sixth location at Covington South in September 2007. Patriot Bank Mortgage moved the existing mortgage office in Atoka to the new South Tipton facility in July 2007. The bank purchased in 2010 a prime lot in the heart of the commercial district in Collierville. In January 2012, the Collierville location moved into their new building on Market Street. The Arlington Loan Production office opened in 2017 followed by the opening of a new location in Rosemark during April of 2019 wherein the Barretville location became the Corporate Office. In November 2020, Patriot Bank and Patriot Bank Mortgage celebrated the grand opening of its Raleigh Springs location. In April 2021, a temporary modular unit for banking services was opened on the bank's permanent building site in Arlington. Arlington banking and mortgage services were consolidated into one location at 5340 Airline Road in April 2022. After twenty years, Patriot Bank has eight branches throughout Shelby County and Tipton County with access to a full range of mortgage services and mortgage loan officers.

Our Community
Patriot Bank also believes in giving back to the communities we serve. Patriot employees are active participants when it comes to community partnerships like building houses with Habitat for Humanity in the City of Memphis, sponsoring a Rotary event in Millington to raise money for literacy programs, working with the Page Robbins Alzheimer Center for their annual golf tournament in Collierville and supporting the Covington Exchange Club’s fundraisers to benefit the Carl Perkins Center for the Prevention of Child Abuse. All of these communities know that Patriot Bank is a friend, a neighbor, and a good corporate citizen as well.
