Report a Lost or Stolen Card

No longer have your Patriot Bank Debit or Credit Card? Don't worry! We have a streamlined way for you to report a lost or stolen card. We encourage you to report a lost or stolen card immediately.

 

Debit Card

If you suspect your Patriot Bank Debit Card and/or PIN code has been lost or stolen or you suspect someone has used your card to make unauthorized purchases, please call 731-475-3252 or stop by your nearest Patriot Bank branch. A representative can help block your lost card and have a new card issued the same day. 

If your card is lost or stolen after normal business hours, please call 1-800-264-5578 and follow the prompts to have your card blocked.  Please contact us the next business day to have your card reissued.

Patriot Bank offers Mastercard credit cards with 24-hour secure online access to your credit card account information at mycardstatement.com.
